At Dave's Guitar Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the instrument or accessory in its original shipping carton, ensuring all original packaging, manuals, and hangtags are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
